What if I find a property on my own?

For exclusive buyer-rep clients, properties you find independently are included in the engagement — we represent you on the offer, negotiation, and closing. The mechanics are explained in the engagement conversation.

Do you handle out-of-state investors entering Atlanta?

Yes. A significant share of our buyer-side work is for investors outside Georgia entering the Southeast market. We handle the local market intelligence and on-the-ground coordination.

What price range do you typically work in?

Most active buyer engagements run from roughly $1M to $25M. Smaller and larger transactions are possible; the engagement structure varies.
